Harvest

A vision planted.

In stillness, a promise given.

Two hearts cultivated, seeded,

and grown in preparation.

A thousand prayers

they cried out over the land.

The ground saturated with tears,

permeating seed sown with their hand.

A thousand times,

they labored over the field.

Working faithfully, tending joyfully;

waiting patiently for crop to yield.

A thousand moments

of trial and testing,

of drought and desert,

of fire and refining.

Then, ten fold

their blessing came.

Righteousness looked down from the sky!

Faithfulness sprang up from the ground!

The fields were white with harvest,

and the gathering began!

A vision planted!

A harvest given!

A promise never forgotten!
